Order Cancellation

• Within 24 Hours: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. A cancellation fee may apply.
• After 24 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled as processing begins immediately.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the event of:

• Faulty or damaged items received.
• Incorrect items sent in error.

If you believe you are eligible for an exchange, contact us at amzcouture88@googlemail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue.

Final Sale Items

Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
