1. Returns & Refunds

As we specialise in exclusive Pakistani designer collections, we encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, photographs, sizing and measurements before purchasing.

For online orders, your statutory rights under UK consumer law will always be respected. This includes the applicable 14-day cancellation period for most online purchases.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all original tags and packaging.

2. Order Cancellations

Within 24 Hours:
Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply where permitted by law.

After 24 Hours:
Orders may already have entered processing or dispatch, meaning cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available in the following circumstances:

* An incorrect item has been received.
* An item arrives faulty or damaged.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photographs and details of the problem.

The 48-hour notification request does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care when checking and packaging every order. However, if an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.
